We ship orders within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we send tracking information using the email included in your order.
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and any related info is correct. If an order has incorrect information, once it has been shipped and sent to the carrier, we cannot make changes or corrections. Any loss due to incorrect shipping information is the responsibility of the customer and not Letterpress Soap. If you have any concerns about your package being left unattended by the carrier, please consider using an alternate shipping address where the package may be received securely.
Orders within the U.S. are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Delivery typically takes between 2-4 business days after the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.
Orders over $65 ship for free. Orders below $65 will be charged a flat rate of $7.
Currently we do not ship internationally but will do so in the near future.
Pre-Orders and downloads will be charge upon order and payment confirmation. In-stock and pre-order items ship together on the release date of the pre-order item; they will not be shipped separately. If you'd like your in-stock items shipped in advance of the pre-order items, a separate order must be placed. Downloadable items are processed immediately, you will receive an email within a few minutes to download your item(s).
