The first time I tried natural soap was during a trip to Vermont where I bought a few bars from a store in Woodstock. Being in that store felt like heaven. It made me curious about natural soaps and inspired my passion for making handmade bath and body products.
I officially began soapmaking in 2010 as a way to express my inner artist and elevate my daily showers into an indulgent self-care ritual. As a working single mom, my shower was typically the only time of day that I could dedicate to myself without feeling guilty. I didn't have time to soak in a bath tub, but I could squeeze in a good shower (or two 😉 ). The simple joys of a lavender soap brought peace and inspiration to my day and I wanted to share that feeling with others. In the early days of my business, I sold my soaps to family, friends and local stores. Now, I'm pleased to offer them to the world.
Each batch is made by hand, from start to finish. Ensuring that every item is unique and infused with ~good vibes~ No two soaps are alike as small batches are mixed, poured, sliced, and trimmed with care. When it comes to bath and body products, what goes on our bodies is equally important as what goes in. I select ingredients that are clean, plant-based, and cruelty free so you can feel good about our products' impact on you, your loved ones, and the earth.
