Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.  Since each item is made to order, please reach out to us immediately at hi@nurturedbynaturestudio.com for resolution.  We'll do our best to make things right!

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item.  We will do our best to offer up satisfactory resolutions.

Order Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of payment.  After 24 hours, your item(s) may already be in production. If your order has been flagged as fraudulent and/or "high-risk" by our system.  We will cancel your order and will not process.  We'll notify you of the cancellation via the email address included with your order.  Additionally, your account will be placed on a do-not-sell list.

Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.  You can use the tracking number or logging into our website to check order status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@nurturedbynaturestudio.com with your name and order number.
