Returns and Exchanges
We'll do our best to make things right! We will refund non-personalized items that are returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received at our warehouse. Please email us at: hi@nurturedbynaturestudio.com for assistance with a return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs to send the order to the customer will be subtracted from the refund due.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item. We will do our best to offer up satisfactory resolutions.
Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number or logging into our website to check order status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@nurturedbynaturestudio.com with your name and order number.
